IAEM-USA Region 6 invites participation in the 2024 IAEM Region 6 Conference in Killeen, Texas, on September 19-20, 2024.

$1,000.00 Platinum Sponsor (3 Available)

The sponsor/exhibitor will get:

• Registration and meals for up to two people.
• Advertising on the lunch table showing who sponsored that meal.  
• A five-minute presentation before one of the keynote speakers to highlight their products or services.
• The company logo displayed on all of the conference advertising, agenda, and website.
• IAEM will send a message to attendees on behalf of the sponsor. 
• 8-foot table/booth for products and displays in prime location near breakout rooms or exhibit hall.

$750.00 Gold Sponsor (4 Available)

The sponsor/exhibitor will get:

• Registration meals for up to two people.
• Sponsored snack with company advertising displayed in the snack area.
• A two-minute presentation before one of the break-out session speakers to highlight company products or services.
• Company logo displayed on all of the conference advertising, agenda, and website.
• IAEM will send a message to attendees on behalf of the sponsor. 
• 8-foot table/booth for products and displays in exhibit hall.

The sponsor/exhibitor will get:
