The purpose of the IAEM-USA Emerging Professionals Caucus (EPC) is to provide individuals a forum that allows for their professional advancement in the emergency management field. We accomplish this by fostering connections and relationships throughout the emergency management space, coordinating with the Embark program, other professional development programming and opportunities, and encouraging active involvement throughout IAEM and the emergency management community.
