IAEM is made up of local emergency managers, homeland security, and civil defense and protection professionals worldwide. THEY ARE YOUR CUSTOMERS. They are interested in protecting and preparing their communities, and your product/service is of interest to them. IAEM Affiliate Members receive a discount for membership list rental. Emergency management, homeland security, and civil defense and portection purchasers can find your company in this comprehensive data base of suppliers, classified by type of product and service. Your supplier directory listing includes contact information, your company logo, a link to your Web site, a 50-word description provided by you, and whether you offer discounts to IAEM members. All Affiliate Members are listed in the members only supplier directory and can update their own Member Profiles to add or edit their information.
Gain exposure to the individuals that make up the association. By attending IAEM meetings and exhibiting at EMEX (our Emergency Management & Homeland Security Expo held in conjunction with the IAEM Annual Conference), you will understand the members' involvements and interests, and how your company can work to fill their needs. This personal contact is invaluable.
Affiliate Members who have an EMEX/EMEC booth may request IAEM headquarters to send an email (complimentary) to pre- or post-conference registrants on their behalf, for one-time use only.
The IAEM Bulletin is very informative and popular within the emergency management community. A recent survey indicates that IAEM members take the time to carefully read the contents of the Bulletin — they feel that it provides valuable and worthwhile information. It contains articles on timely issues, such as homeland security, legislation and funding affecting the emergency preparedness industry, warning systems, and much more.
Affiliate Members qualify for member discounts on advertising in the IAEM Bulletin. Bulletin advertising is cost effective and provides Affiliate Members with another way to share information about their products and services. The Bulletin gets frequent distribution at national, regional and state emergency management conferences. The specialists who read the IAEM Bulletin frequently play a key role in selecting, purchasing and using emergency equipment, supplies, products and services. Learn more.
An Affiliate Member can list up to four (4) representatives of their company with their Affiliate Membership, and they will receive all the benefits of membership of IAEM through their Council alignment.

Affiliate membership dues are $898 USD per year. The membership year is based on the anniversary date that a member joins IAEM. Join online here.
