Purpose Statement

Educate the IAEM membership on the models for establishing a Public-Private Partnership in their community and support members who are actively trying to establish a robust P3 program with available resources.

Caucus Objectives

• Summarize FEMA’s P3 maturity model in IAEM bulletin
• Host membership sessions on the topic of FEMA’s P3 Maturity Model with the intended goal of sharing the model and finding solutions to implementation challenges.
