Exploring how influence, alignment, and relationships drive resilience in business. In the private sector, resilience leaders operate without the legal authorities that their public sector counterparts have - but are still expected to influence enterprise decisions, shape crisis response, and drive continuity across global organizations. This session explores the strategies they use to build credibility, align resilience efforts with business goals, and influence across silos. By examining how influence-based leadership supports resilience in the corporate world, public sector leaders can uncover fresh perspectives on stakeholder engagement, executive alignment, and long-term preparedness, without abandoning the frameworks that serve them today.
