Registration Fees

• Registration includes conference and lunch.
• Registration rate: IAEM members/IAEM non-members - $20
• Networking lunch, Dec. 12 - $0
• Higher Education, Dec. 12 - $35 (maximum 65 people)
• Payment is due at the time of registration.
• Students must pay for registration upfront; however, they are eligible for reimbursement at the conference with a student ID.
• Registration deadline: Dec. 3, 2019
• Cancellation date: Nov. 29, 2019, for a full refund, with no refunds as of Nov. 30, 2019.
• There is NO onsite registration.
• Maximum registration is 65 people, so register soon!

Additional Fees

• Registration fees for the Certification Prep Course & Exam scheduled for Dec. 14, 2019, are posted here. Course and exam fees must be paid in advance. The deadline for registering for the Prep Course & Exam is Dec. 3, 2019.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation and refund deadline: Nov. 29, 2019 
• Cancellations must be made in writing and received at IAEM Headquarters.
    
  
  • Written cancellations can be emailed to info@iaem.com, faxed to 703-241-5603. or mailed to IAEM headquarters (201 Park Washington Court, Falls Church, VA 22046). Verbal cancellations will not be accepted. IAEM headquarters will provide you a cancellation number to confirm receipt of your cancellation.
  • We understand that plans may change due to circumstances beyond your control. If you are unable to attend the IAEM-USA Region 1 Conference, you may transfer your registration to another individual. Identify the person attending in your place, and provide complete contact information.
  • If you must cancel, please do so in writing by Nov. 29, 2019. IAEM will refund your fees. We regret that we cannot refund any fees as of Nov. 30, 2019, because we must submit complete commitments for facilities, materials and meals.
  • If we do not hear from you by Nov. 29, 2019, we assume that you will participate based on your registration and will incur costs on your behalf. Therefore, if you do not cancel, your registration fees are due even if you do not attend.
