Purpose Statement

This consortium will bring together the military, intelligence community, law enforcement, industry, academia, and other relevant external stakeholders in a “think tank” fashion to hold informational hearings and briefings and draft reports and recommendations to identify and address the emergency management challenges of homeland defense.
