IAEM-USA Region 2 is excited to announce the 2023 IAEM Region 2 Conference scheduled for June 29-30, 2023, at Stony Brook University in Stony Brook, New York. The theme this year is “Getting Back to Abnormal.” The conference will provide keynote and plenary sessions, and presentations in the following topic areas: Emergency Management in the Academic Space; Cybersecurity and Technology in Emergency Management; and the Evolution of the Emergency Manager. Networking events will also be scheduled.

The IAEM Certification Exam will be offered on June 28, 2023, as a pre-event add-on during registration. The deadline to sign up for the certification exam is June 12, 2023. The certification application fee needs to be paid prior to signing up for the exam.
