Registration Fees

  • Payment is due at the time of registration.
  • Early bird registration deadline is Friday, March 20, 2020, for registrations received by IAEM Headquarters. 
  • Registration fees increase as of Saturday, March 21, 2020, and will be subject to a late registration fee. 
  • In order to lock in your registration rate, you must complete an online registration form and obtain a registration number. Otherwise, your registration fee will be based on the date you register online with IAEM Headquarters.
  • Registration fees include the two days of the conference and lunch on Saturday.

  Registration Fee Before Mar. 20:

  • IAEM members: $75.00
  • IAEM non-members: $100.00

  Registration Fee Starting Mar. 20:

  • IAEM Member: $100.00
  • Non-Member: $125.00

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation deadline is Mar. 20, 2020, to receive a full refund. 
  • No refunds as of Mar. 21, 2020. 
  • Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to info@iaem.com.   
  • A cancellation confirmation email will be sent by IAEM headquarters with a cancellation number.
