Invitation Letters for the IAEM 2024 Annual Conference & EMEX

IAEM will provide an invitation letter to the following:

• speakers,
• attendees, and
• exhibitors

of the IAEM 2024 Annual Conference & EMEX.

This letter can be personalized by you with your name, address, current date and other information needed to assist in obtaining a visa.

NOTE:

1. IAEM Staff will not assist in special requests for personalizing this letter for an attendee’s individual needs. 
2. Attendees' registration, travel, lodging, and any other expenses incurred to attend this conference will not be covered or waived by the IAEM.
3. IAEM cannot guarantee or assist with the obtaining of any visas or other travel documentation required for entry into the United States.
