Donald Lumpkins Crisis Technology Center

The Donald Lumpkins Crisis Technology Center (CTC) is a technology lab environment where emergency managers can learn and discuss emerging technologies, new media communications and best practices relating to technological advances in EOC management, social media, and more.  The CTC is staffed by technology experts from virtually every level of government, the private sector, higher education and not-for-profit industries who are members of the Emerging Technology Caucus (ETC).  Affectionately called ‘Techsperts’ (Technology Experts), these ETC members can provide knowledge, resources and link you with information and skills to return to your agency.

In addition to a discussion lounge environment, the CTC will host mini-talks and technology demonstrations on a variety of topics at each dedicated EMEX break.
