Why Attend IAEM 2020 Annual Conference

Coronavirus Notice to Attendees:

IAEM continues to monitor the developments of the 2019 Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV). The potential impact on our 68th Annual Conference & EMEX this November is unknown at this point.

We are continuing to plan the program in order to be prepared for all contingencies, including pivot to a virtual or hybrid experience. We have opened registration for those who wish to obligate funds now, and 100% refunds will be made should it become necessary.

For the latest information on 2019-nCoV, please refer to the Long Beach Department of Health and Human Services.

We recognize that our audience has a special role with their communities’ management of disasters including pandemics.

We would like to extend our deepest concern and support for our members, friends, colleagues and customers impacted by the current 2019 Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV) health emergency.

See IAEM-USA President’s Statement on the IAEM-USA Conference, May 4, 2020.
