Is your budget not approved yet? Are you not in a position to make a payment?

No worries, IAEM provides an option to register now and pay later. Select pay by “check” and lock in discounted early bird rates and seats in highly sought after training courses and optional activities. 

Register now and follow these steps for making payment by “check”.

1. Select “$Create Invoice to Pay by Check” as the form of payment within the Payment Options section of your registration form.
2. Complete the registration process to obtain an order confirmation.
3. An email will automatically be sent to you acknowledging your registration. This page is your receipt/invoice.
4. Please print this page or save for your records. 
5. Make payment at a later date by choosing either option: 
   • Submit payment via check directly to IAEM headquarters, 201 Park Washington Court, Falls Church, VA 22046. 
   • Edit your registration, by logging into your dashboard at iaem.org, go to “my invoices” to access the invoice to pay by credit card. 

Note you are liable for the amounts due when you register, unless you cancel in accordance with the IAEM cancellation policy.
