Ambassador Program

Back by popular demand, the IAEM-USA Conference Committee is delighted to bring the IAEM Ambassador program to Savannah!!

Throughout the week, there will be IAEM members serving as Ambassadors to help tailor your conference experience, answer your questions about the conference and IAEM, and tell you about some of the great things going on during the 70th IAEM Annual Conference and EMEX. Ambassadors can easily be identified by their “Ambassador” buttons.

Interested in becoming an Ambassador for the conference?

If you answer yes to all of the following questions, then joining the IAEM Ambassador program is for you.

Do you like networking and meeting new people?

Are you an IAEM member in good standing?

Have you been to an IAEM Annual Conference before?

Serving as an IAEM Ambassador does not take more than a friendly smile and an up-beat welcoming approach.

No formal training is required, just follow these steps to be an Ambassador.

  1. Review this short presentation for an overview of the Ambassador role and pick up your Ambassador button to identify your role as an Ambassador at the conference.
  2. Join us for an orientation session on Sunday, November 13 at 1:30pm in the Savannah Convention Center.
  3. Sign Up here to volunteer at designated time slots to help other attendees.

Serving as an Ambassador is a great way to network at a higher level during the conference, while assisting your fellow attendees. If you have questions, email Sophia Lopez, IAEM-USA Conference Committee Representative at IAEM.Ambassador@gmail.com.
