Rates: $184/$194 plus tax
The Galt House will continue to allow IAEM attendees to book rooms at the conference rate until the block is filled.
Conference Rate Reservation
Government Per Diem Rate (Limited number of rooms available)
The Marriott is across the street and connected by skybridge to the Kentucky International Convention Center.
Rates: $229 plus tax (The room rate is inclusive of a $10 Convention Center rental rebate.)
IAEM’s Conference rate is available until Tuesday, October 21, 2025, or until the block is filled.
