Register before Oct. 20 to get early bird discounts and to have access to seven Early Edition Speaker Sessions. In addition, those who register at the full or student rate have free access (first-come, first served) to pre-conference DHS/FEMA pre-conference training courses, but courses fill fast.
IAEM will let you have the early bird registration and the early benefits if you register now and choose to pay later. Don’t let budget approvals keep you from getting the free course or early edition speaker sessions you want.
There are discounts for IAEM members. If you are not a member, you can join today and receive member benefits and conference discounts.
The core conference program features plenary sessions and breakouts over three days (Nov. 18-20). The very popular EMvision Talks and Poster Showcase will be held on Nov. 19. There will be plenty of time to network between sessions or receptions in the EMEX Exhibit hall, luncheons, and a Sunday Night Welcome Party.
“The place for top notch networking, information sessions, and vendor interaction you can’t get at any other conference. The IAEM Annual Conference is the one conference I look forward to every year.”
