Registration Instructions
Step 1: Access the IAEM Conference Website
View registration rates, justification templates, and schedule details on the left menu.
Click the red Register Now box to proceed.
Step 2: Enter Email Address
- Type the email address associated with your membership
- If not a member, use your email of choice.
- Click Next to verify status and open the registration forms.
Step 3: Choose Your Packages & Events
Select the main conference pass, if desired (inclusive items will add automatically) or select Pre-Conference or Optional Event only, if you plan to attend the Universities and Colleges Symposium and NOT attend the IAEM Annual Conference.
- Member early-bird rate: $725.
- Non-member early-bird rate: $967.
- Early-bird pricing expires on August 31, 2026.
- Go to pre-conference events, and add the UCC Symposium ($250) or use the payment code
- Add any desired post-conference events.
Step 4: Finalize Payment Method
Option 1: Pay immediately via your chosen payment method.
Option 2: Pay later via the provided invoice. (Invoiced balances require full payment at least one week before the event)
Step 5: Secure Lodging
- Discounted hotel rates are sent in your confirmation email upon completing registration.
- Selecting these specific rooms is entirely optional.
- These room blocks offer the closest proximity to the event. Blocks fill up fast.
