Nicole serves as executive director of IAEM, where she leads all facets of the association's operations and works in close partnership with the Board of Directors to advance the organization's mission and strategic vision. Her portfolio spans IAEM's signature programs — certification and the annual conference — as well as governance, member services, partnership development, advocacy, strategic planning, communications, and marketing.

Clay is IAEM's deputy executive director and EMEX exhibit director. He administers member service, provides Board/leadership support, and coordinates IAEM outreach with partner groups and international development. He is the point of contact for the EMEX Exhibit.

Chelsea is the assistant executive director with IAEM. She is a staff liaison to the IAEM-USA Board. She handles various special projects within IAEM. Chelsea obtained a Master's Degree in Healthcare Emergency Management from Boston University.

She also provides committee/caucus support and conference support. She is a member of the IAEM staff marketing team and manages member email communications.
