Healthcare Caucus Symposium Registration

Follow these step-by-step instructions to register.

1. Click the Register Now image on the IAEM Annual Conference website home screen.
2. Enter your email address. Click “Next”
3. NEXT PAGE: Select the registration fee. You can register for the full conference (preferred) as a member or non-member, or select Pre-Conference or Optional Event only, if you plan to attend the Healthcare Symposium and NOT attend the IAEM Annual Conference. Click “Next” (Day Rates are available for main conference days only M-W)
4. NEXT PAGE: Enter your information in the registrant detail fields, complete the demographic questions, and check the boxes to review and accept IAEM’s event policies. Click “Next”
5. NEXT PAGE: Select Additional Options or unselect if you are NOT planning on attending. Click “Next”
6. NEXT PAGE: Select the Healthcare Caucus Symposium under the Sunday options. Select other pre-and post-conference workshops and tours/optional events you want to attend in addition to the symposium. Click “Next”
7. NEXT PAGE: Review the Purchase Summary page and select “Pay by Credit Card” or Pay by Check”
8. NEXT PAGE: Click Submit after payment details are entered.  
9. You will receive a confirmation email from “IAEM Headquarters” (info@iaem.com) with your event details and reservation links for IAEM’s hotel block.
