H.E. Khaled Al Mansoori

H.E. Al Mansoori, who currently serves as IAEM-Middle East President from 2019, was elected as President to the IAEM International Council in September 2010 and installed as President and a member of the IAEM-Global Board of Directors in October 2010.

H.E. Al Mansoori’s vision for his Presidency is to boost membership and increase participation in the International Council, build chapters within the International Council, host an IAEM International Council Conference, and find creative ways to support member nations during a crisis.

Prior to IAEM, President Al Mansoori served at senior leadership and managerial positions in various Federal and Emirate (State) level government agencies, including: Head of Media Emergency and Crisis Management at NCEMA of the United Arab Emirates Supreme National Security Council; and Administrative Director in the UAE Presidential Court. He has strong experience and expertise in Emergency and Crisis Management Communication, Strategic Planning and Training & Development.

President Al Mansoori has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the American University in Dubai.
