Join IAEM-USA Region 7 for our third annual conference scheduled for August 7-8, 2024, at Johnson County Community College, 112345 College Blvd., Overland Park, Kansas 66210. Parking for conference venue is adjacent to meeting venue and its free.
Registration fees include:
- August 7th - Pre-conference networking event, 4:30 – 7:30 p.m.
- August 8th – all day conference
This conference will provide opportunities to discuss regional and national resilience topics, inclusive of volunteer, seasoned, and aspiring emergency management professionals.
Payment is due at the time of registration. Online registration deadline is Friday, July 26, 2024. However, last minute online registration is available up until the day of the event. In order to lock in your registration, you must complete an online registration form, submit payment and obtain a registration number. A registration confirmation will be sent by email.
Cancellation Policy - All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations received by Monday, July 29, 2024 will receive a full refund. No refunds as of Tuesday, July 30, 2024.
AEM / CEM Certification Examination Participation - The certification exam is open to anyone who registers for the exam by July 19, 2024 and has paid the certification application fee which is an additional fee and is required in order to sit for the exam. You must be enrolled in the certification program and paid the application fee in full separately ($430 for IAEM members; $640 for non-members). Only those who have paid the application fee in full and have added the exam function to their registration are eligible to register and sit for the exam. Candidates will have one year from the date of the exam to submit their credentials for review. Visit https://www.iaem.org/Certification/Getting-Started to request an application and https://www.iaem.org/Certification/Application-Process to submit your certification application fee payment.
There is an additional fee of $25 in order to take the exam during this exam offering.
