Payment is due at the time of registration. Early bird registration deadline is Friday, February 18, 2022 for registrations received by IAEM headquarters. Registration fees increase as of Saturday, February 19, 2022 and will be subject to a late registration fee.
Online registration deadline is March 18, 2022. Onsite registration will be available. In order to lock in your registration rate, you must complete an online registration form and obtain a registration number. Otherwise, your registration fee will be based on the date you register online with IAEM Headquarters.
Cancellation Policy - Refund 100% of the registration fee prior to February 25th and 50% prior to March 4th. There will be no refunds as of March 4th, 2022. Cancellations must be received in writing either by email (info@iaem.com) or by mail (201 Park Washington Court, Falls Church, VA 22046).
The IAEM-USA Region 4 Conference scheduled for March 28-30, 2022 at the Charleston Marriott, Charleston, South Carolina will provide a forum for resilience successes and best practices; long-term recovery planning; developing a social media presence; big data; mental health and wellness, integrating utilities into your recovery plan; disaster resilience and impact of climate change; emergency management lessons learned; readiness, response and recovery operational coordination; regional hazard mitigation plan application process; and coordination and cooperation of regional and federal responses.

AEM / CEM Certification Examination Participation: An additional fee is required to sit for the exam. You must be enrolled in the certification program and paid the application fee in full separately ($415 for IAEM members; $625 for non-members). Only those who have paid the application fee in full and have added the exam function to their registration are eligible to register and sit for the exam. Candidates will have one year from the date of the exam to submit their credentials for review.
