UPDATE - The IAEM-USA Region 4 Conference has been postponed, most likely until next year. Once a new date has been determined we will post the information on the IAEM website. All payments received will be refunded based on the method of payment. All individuals should cancel their airline and hotel reservations themselves.

Payment is due at the time of registration. Early bird registration deadline is extended to Friday, March 13, 2020 for registrations received by IAEM headquarters. Registration fees increase as of Saturday, March 14, 2020 and will be subject to a late registration fee. In order to lock in your registration rate, you must complete an online registration form and obtain a registration number. Otherwise, your registration fee will be based on the date you register online with IAEM Headquarters.

The IAEM-USA Region 4 Conference scheduled for April 27-29, 2020 at the Holiday Inn Research Park, Huntsville, Alabama will provide a forum for resilience successes and best practices; long-term recovery planning; developing a social media presence; big data; integrating utilities into your recovery plan; disaster resilience and impact of climate change; emergency management lessons learned; Readiness, response and recovery operational coordination; regional hazard mitigation plan application process; and coordination and cooperation of regional and federal responses.

AEM / CEM Certification Examination Participation: An additional fee is required to sit for the exam. You must be enrolled in the certification program and paid the application fee in full separately ($410 for IAEM members; $620 for non-members). Only those who have paid the application fee in full and have added the exam function to their registration are eligible to register and sit for the exam. Candidates will have one year from the date of the exam to submit their credentials for review.
