Join IAEM-USA Region 9 for their symposium Out of the EOC - Rising Beyond the Ashes scheduled for February 28 – March 2, 2023 at the prominent Cathedral Cultural Center 13280 Chapman Avenue, Garden Grove, CA 92840. This event will provide opportunities to discuss regional and national resilience in various sectors, inclusive of volunteer, seasoned, and aspiring professionals with a focus on moving beyond COVID, new technologies, mental health, and more!

Come to southern California and join in with your fellow IAEM-USA Region 9 colleagues as we learn to rise above the ashes.

Registration Fee and Early Bird Deadline:
Payment is due at the time of registration. Early bird registration deadline is Monday, February 13, 2023. Rates increase as of Tuesday, February 14, 2023.

Registration Deadline:
Online registration deadline is Monday, February 17, 2023. In order to lock in your registration rate, you must complete an online registration form and obtain a registration number. Onsite registration will be available.

Registrant Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be in writing and sent to iaem.r9@iaem.com and info@iaem.com. Cancellations received by February 21, 2023 will be refunded. No refunds for cancellations received as of February 22, 2023.

Exhibitor Registration:
The exhibit fee for each booth includes two conference registrations for the designated company representative. In addition to registering for a booth, you must also register each attendee manning the booth. For additional booth personnel above two the rate is $100 per person. All vendor and booth personnel registrations must be completed no later than February 17, 2023.


Exhibitor Cancellation:
If an exhibitor cancels a booth space contract by February 20, 2023, all fees paid will be returned. No refunds as of February 21, 2023. If an exhibitor rents a booth, pays in full, but does not attend the conference, there will be no refund of the booth rental fee.
