A conference to support emergency managers and response agencies in Region 6 (AR, LA, NM, OK, TX) by presenting innovative concepts of regional readiness and resilience.

Registration fees include:

September 19th - Pre-conference networking event, 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.
September 20th – all day conference

Parking Details:

No cost for attendees to use Conference Center parking lot. Hotel parking is responsibility of the attendee.

Payment is due at the time of registration. Online registration deadline is Friday, September 6, 2024. However, last minute registrants can register electronically onsite, September 19-20. In order to lock in your registration, you must complete an online registration form, submit payment and obtain a registration number. A registration confirmation will be sent by email.

Cancellation Policy - All cancellations must be in writing and received by Thursday, August 1, 2024 will receive a refund, minus a $25 process fee. No refunds as of Friday, August 2, 2024.

AEM / CEM Certification Examination Participation - The certification exam is open to anyone who registers for the exam by September 3, 2024 and has paid the certification application fee which is an additional fee and is required in order to sit for the exam. You must be enrolled in the certification program and paid the application fee in full separately ($425 for IAEM members; $635 for non-members). Only those who have paid the application fee in full and have added the exam function to their registration are eligible to register and sit for the exam. Candidates will have one year from the date of the exam to submit their credentials for review.
