Payment is due at the time of registration. Early bird registration deadline has been extended for registrations received by IAEM headquarters. In order to lock in your registration rate, you must complete an online registration form and obtain a registration number. Otherwise, your registration fee will be based on the date you register online with IAEM Headquarters.

Online early registration deadline is May 19, 2024. However, registration will remain open until June 6, 2024.

Cancellation Policy - Refund 100% of the registration fee prior to May 1, 2024 and 50% prior to May 17, 2024. There will be no refunds as of May 18, 2024. Cancellations must be received in writing by email to sharon@iaem.com.

The IAEM-USA Region 4 Workshop is scheduled for June 4-6, 2024 at The Admiral Hotel, Mobile, Alabama will provide a forum for resilience successes and best practices; long-term recovery planning; developing a social media presence; integrating utilities into your recovery plan; disaster resilience and impact of climate change; emergency management lessons learned; readiness, response and recovery operational coordination; regional hazard mitigation plan application process; and coordination and cooperation of regional, state and federal responses.
