This course and exam will be held at the Texas Department of Emergency Management Conference, 1300 Houston St, Fort Worth, TX 76102, Ft. Worth Ballroom #2.
The preparatory course will occur from 8:00am-1:00pm CST and the online Certification exam will occur from 2:30pm-5:00pm CST. Please bring a photo ID.
Registration deadline is Thursday, May 16, 2025.
The exam will be held on computers provided by the conference. Paper exams will not be available.
Onsite registration for the exam is not available. Participants must register and pay their Certification Application Fee if taking the certification exam by the registration deadline no later than May 16.
Candidates will also be allowed 2.5 hours for the exam. IAEM recently updated the test item bank based on the initial results of the pilot exam. A passing score is 500 on a scale of 200 to 800.
