This online AEM/CEM exam will be held in conjunction with the 2026 CESA Conference - 1441 Quivira Rd, San Diego, CA 92109, Room Mission Ballroom 3.
The Certification exam will occur on Monday, May 4th, from 2:00p - 4:30p.
The exam will be held online via provided devices. Paper exams will not be available.
Onsite registration for the exam is not available. Participants must register and pay their Certification Fee by the registration deadline. The registration deadline is Monday, April 20th.
Candidates will also be allowed 2.5 hours for the exam. IAEM recently updated the test item bank based on the initial results of the pilot exam. A passing score is 500 on a scale of 200 to 800.
