This online AEM/CEM exam will be held in conjunction with the 2026 Louisville Emergency Management Conference - Golden Nugget Lake Charles Hotel and Casino - 2550 Golden Nugget Blvd, Lake Charles, LA 70601, Meeting Room TBD.
The Certification exam will occur on Monday, May 4th from 1:00p - 3:30p. CST
The exam will be held online via the host site's computers. Paper exams will not be available.
Onsite registration for the exam is not available. Participants must register and pay their Certification Fee by the registration deadline. The registration deadline is Monday, April 20th.
Candidates will also be allowed 2.5 hours for the exam. IAEM recently updated the test item bank based on the initial results of the pilot exam. A passing score is 500 on a scale of 200 to 800.
