2023 IAEM-USA Region 1 Bylaws Amendment

On September 30th, 2023, each eligible voter in IAEM-USA Region 1 (Individual, Affiliate, Emerging Professionals, and Lifetime members) will have the opportunity to vote on changing the IAEM-USA Region 1 Bylaws. Eligible voters will receive an email from IAEM Headquarters notifying them that voting has begun. Please retain the email from IAEM HQ, as it includes your individual link to the online ballot.

IAEM-USA Region 1 Bylaws Amendments

Voting Period

• Start Date: Voting will take place on September 30th when all voting members are sent the announcement from IAEM Headquarters.
• End Date: The online ballot will remain open until Monday, October 30th, 2023, 5:00 p.m. EDT.

How to Vote

• When you are ready to vote, click on the link to your individual ballot that is found in the email sent to you by IAEM HQ on Sept. 30th. 
• Your individual voting link is unique to you and will take you directly to the online ballot where you can cast your vote. Do not share this voting link.
• The ballot consists of one multiple-choice question. Click on your selected response, yes or no, to the bylaws amendments and then click on the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the ballot.
• Once you click on the SUBMIT button, your vote is recorded. You can't go back, and you can't make changes -- so be sure that your ballot is as you want it BEFORE you click the SUBMIT button.

Privacy

As with our previous online voting system, your privacy is protected when you vote in an IAEM online election. Your personal choices will not be shared with anyone and are held confidential.
